Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience
• Good communication skills
• Experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare Payor systems and EDI Transactions
• Deep expertise in 837 (Claims), 835 (Remittance), 270/271 (Eligibility), 276/277 (Claim Status), and 278 (Prior Authorization) transactions
• Power BI STRONG SKILL
• Healthcare exp in HIPPA EDI
• Data Analyst role with required Power BI experience
• Should be good in Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Design and Development of Complex Power BI dashboard and reports using data from Snowflake and other data sources
• Validate HIPAA-compliant EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278)
• Collaborate with claims processing, enrollment, eligibility, and billing teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless transaction flow
• Perform data analysis
• Create adhoc reports
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Oversee the validation of EDI transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have Amisys skill
• Knowledge of Amisys
