This freelance role involves ensuring the quality of AI training data by editing and refining text for AI model improvement. You will work on a short-term project, refining text to meet specific guidelines, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and providing feedback to writers. The role requires at least 3 years of professional editing experience, proven English to Italian translation skills, and a degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Italian (C2) and advanced English (C1) are necessary. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in editing, proofreading or similar
• Additionally, proven experience in translation from English to Italian is a must
• Your level of Italian is proficient (C2)
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• You have a degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or similar
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between projects and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Editing and refining text to meet project-specific guidelines
• Ensuring clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy
• Providing feedback to writers and working with QA Specialists to uphold quality
