Requirements

  • 3+ years of editorial experience in gaming, technology, or related industries
  • Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing high-volume content production
  • Exceptional editing and proofreading abilities
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and approve content submissions, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and adherence to editorial guidelines
  • Maintain a consistent tone, style, and voice across all platforms
  • Assisting the Editor-in-Chief with mentoring contributing writers, providing feedback and fostering skill development
  • Assist with assigning topics, deadlines, and responsibilities based on editorial priorities
  • Collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief to develop content strategies that align with company objectives
  • Analyze audience engagement metrics to help guide future editorial decisions
  • Help with organizing and maintaining the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and design, to enhance content visibility
  • Fact-check and verify news content for accuracy and originality

Preferred Qualifications

Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred
