Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content management, editorial roles, or similar
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content
• Manage the workflow of content production, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Manage and mentor a team of writers and content creators, providing feedback, performance reviews, and support in their development
• Review and approve content for accuracy, style, tone, grammar, and overall quality
• Manage quality control processes, including revisions, fact-checking, and compliance with editorial standards
• Coordinate with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors as needed to support content needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and integrate them into our content strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools
• Understanding of the luxury fashion industry and its specific content demands
