Summary

Requirements

  • EdTech SaaS Growth Leader – Proven experience scaling an education technology or SaaS product
  • Expert in Customer Acquisition – Skilled in growth marketing, paid media, SEO, and outbound sales
  • Well-Connected in EdTech – Strong network within schools, universities, or EdTech institutions
  • Execution-Focused – Can design and execute strategies that acquire, convert, and retain users
  • Founder Mentality – Takes ownership, operates independently, and thrives in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Achieve 150 paying customers within 3-4 months to establish strong traction
  • Develop and execute a scalable customer acquisition strategy (organic, paid, outbound, partnerships)
  • Build a high-converting sales pipeline for individual educators and enterprise deals
  • Leverage your EdTech network to secure institutional partnerships and long-term contracts
  • Expand market presence through multi-channel marketing, content, and demand generation
  • Post-funding: Accelerate growth beyond 150 customers to scale into a multi-million dollar business
