Requirements

  • Proven experience as a trainer/educator for 5+ years
  • At least 5 years of Medspa management experience
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience designing technical course content and addressing training needs with comprehensive courses, delivering engaging materials across all formats (video, written, live sessions)
  • Working knowledge in Salesforce, G Suite, and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and speak confidently to audiences
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to travel as necessary for events and tradeshows

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the operations of industry training with a focus on continual improvement, develop and execute weekly training offerings (in-person and/or virtual) internally and externally
  • Schedule, support, and track all stakeholders involved in each training experience including facilitators, speakers, partners, and coordinators, and send thorough communication/calendaring accordingly
  • Contribute to Education planning efforts and overall strategy
  • Develop a strong network and effectively influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to support every aspect of the company’s growth
  • Leverage deep industry expertise and insights into trends to collaborate with product teams, developing impactful solutions that address Medspa challenges and drive business success
  • Contribute to the ongoing management and evolution of a seamless and impactful learning experience across all touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, their businesses, and their challenges to seek opportunities to proactively solve pain points and guide them to the appropriate solutions for their business needs
  • Serve as Lead Educator and continually develop Medspa industry and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and effective training content and messaging (reactive and proactive) and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Customer Experience
  • Support Sales conversations and product demonstrations emphasizing the Medspa experience
  • Support Customer Experience in Churn Risk Management and escalations
  • Establish metrics to track the impact of training and collect regular feedback to propose improvements and recommendations
  • Provide trends and observations for what is works well or needs improvement to provide quality communications and efficient timelines
  • Maintain effective project resources and report on hours spent on project creation
  • Escalate issues, inquiries, and suggestions to the Manager of Education through weekly 1:1s and project team updates
  • Develop Medspa industry training and digital content
  • Develop and execute Curated Training for Enterprise & Strategic Partners
  • Ongoing management of internal and external training websites and content
  • Scalable Education Systems: Help develop a robust, scalable LMS for better self-service education and measure impactful training analytics
  • Contribute to Education planning efforts and overall strategy
  • Align with product releases for mini-internal training
  • Advise Marketing on industry experiences and help validate content
  • Develop and maintain internal training agendas
  • Develop and host training events such as Link & Learns and Focused Office Hours

  • Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $88,550 - $126,500 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement
