Requirements

• Proven experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably Athenahealth
• Strong ability to guide and train staff on best practices for using Athenahealth effectively
• Experience in developing macros, managing system configurations, and optimizing EHR processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve workflows and ensure smooth system operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to act as a liaison between the organization and Athenahealth

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for using Athenahealth EHR
• Attend training sessions for new EHR updates and relay key information to the team
• Develop macros and optimize existing processes to improve system efficiency
• Manage the ticketing system in Athenahealth, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved promptly
• Monitor software performance and troubleshoot any system-related issues
• Serve as the EHR super user and primary contact for system-related inquiries
• Act as a liaison between the organization and Athenahealth to address concerns and implement improvements
• Manage system configurations and create reports or queries to support operational needs
• Continuously improve EHR processes to enhance workflow and efficiency
