Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Anticipated graduation date December 2025 or May 2026
  • GPA 2.8 or higher
  • Demonstrated understanding of engineering mathematics
  • Microsoft suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and learning agility
  • Proven success working in a team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (OPT H1b, TN visa currently not supported)

Responsibilities

  • Use basic electrical engineering skills to provide solutions for assigned projects
  • Apply collegiate curriculum and current knowledge/practices to solve specific technical problems and standard design problems
  • Execute challenging projects for assigned operation unit(s) to deliver improved power system integrity and reliability
  • Collaborate with maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians, and other plant personnel to address challenging real-world problems
  • Depending on the location, develop competency in the design and troubleshooting of instrumentation, analyzers, and power distribution
  • Additional responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role
