Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field with 5 years of experience
• Hands-on experience in electrical validation, electrical failure analysis, and design of experiments (DOE)
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzer, TDR, curve tracer, DMM, Oakgate
• Experience with Cadence Allegro Viewer, LTSpice and Data Analysis tools
• Experience with electrical interfaces such as I2C, UART, JTAG, SMBus, SPI, PCIe
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Microscope, FLIR, XRAY
• Familiarity with JEDEC standards - NAND, DRAM, SRAM
• Ability to work with various OS - Windows and Linux, and write test and automation scripts with C and/or python
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to conclusions and ability to understand and communicate complex concepts
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed electrical failure analysis on components, circuits, and systems to identify root causes of failures
• Use advanced diagnostic and analytical tools, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzer, TDR, DMM to conduct failure investigations
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop corrective and preventive measures
• Document findings in comprehensive reports, presenting root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Lead and/or assist in defining strategies for failure analysis processes and methodologies
