Join SonicWall as an Employee Engagement Specialist to develop, execute, and support initiatives enhancing employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through strategic engagement programs, communication, and feedback mechanisms. Responsibilities include developing and executing internal communication plans, planning and executing employee engagement events, promoting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), developing and analyzing employee engagement surveys, partnering with leadership and HR, supporting internal communication initiatives, creating and managing global programs, assessing programs and feedback, managing the employee recognition program, monitoring engagement metrics, and staying current with best practices. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in employee engagement or a related HR role are required. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential. The role is remote and located in the USA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a related HR role

Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and evaluate internal communication plan to ensure the vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively
- Plan and execute events, activities, and programs that promote company culture, employee recognition, and team collaboration
- Promote existing and create new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) globally
- Develop and analyze employee engagement surveys and feedback tools; identify trends and present actionable insights
- Partner with leadership and HR to promote a culture of inclusion, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Support internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed, inspired, and aligned
- Create and manage global programs related to employee onboarding, recognition, and wellness
- Assess programs, feedback, and involvement in considering creative ideas and needs
- Manage and oversee the employee recognition program
- Monitor engagement metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies
- Stay current with best practices and trends in employee engagement and workplace culture
