Summary

Join Snapsheet as an Employee Experience Associate and contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture. Lead engaging initiatives, plan impactful events (both in-person and virtual), and manage the company wellness program. Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, manage internal communications, and maintain a strong employer brand. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in the Greater Chicago area with a primarily remote work arrangement.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Experience, Program Management, Event Planning, or similar role
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and similar tools, with strong skills in creating presentations, building decks, and designing surveys
  • Prior experience planning and executing large-scale events
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to plan, manage, and execute projects independently
  • Adaptability — you thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust easily to shifting priorities
  • Passion for creating meaningful, engaging programs that foster connection and culture
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide engagement initiatives that reflect Snapsheet’s values, including quarterly All-Hands meetings, the Corporate Ambassador group, Employee Resource Groups (Circles), Town Halls, and campaigns like Month of Giving
  • Lead the planning and execution of the annual Summit in Chicago, a company-wide gathering for 170 employees, as well as Roadshows — smaller events hosted across 10+ cities for our operations team
  • Coordinate virtual events and mailers to deliver a consistent, engaging, and meaningful experience for all Snapsters
  • Partner with HR Operations to manage the Thrive at Snapsheet wellness program, increasing the reach and impact of wellness benefits and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
  • Collaborate with the Director of People, Sr. HRBP, and People Operations Manager to prioritize People team initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage Snapsheet’s internal events and communications calendar, from compliance training to social events, facilitating seamless scheduling and strategic alignment
  • Develop strategy and content for our employee intranet, SnapSource, to keep employees informed, highlight employee stories, and maintain engagement across teams
  • Monitor and manage Snapsheet’s presence on employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed), developing strategies to improve ratings, increase employee engagement with reviews, and ensure timely, thoughtful responses
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, address feedback, and reinforce our EVP through authentic employee experiences and storytelling
  • Serve as a thought partner in the People team, contributing to project planning, strategic goals, and the overall People team roadmap

Priority will be given to candidates coming from a SaaS company
