Energy Efficiency Program Manager

Summary

Join ICAST as an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to manage relationships with utility companies, government staff, and other stakeholders in developing and managing energy efficiency programs. This remote position requires 3+ years’ experience in managing Utility DSM or Government WAP Programs and proven program management abilities. Preferred qualifications include a deep understanding of utility rebate processes, DOE’s Weatherization requirements and processes, Building Science Knowledge, understanding of 3rd party M&V programs, proficiency with MS Office Suite of Products, innovation & flexibility, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, passion for environmental, social, or non-profit work. The compensation offered is $80,000 and benefits include company health, dental, and life insurance plan at no cost, available vision and short-term disability insurance, 403b Retirement Savings Plan available on day 1, unlimited PTO plan.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience managing Utility DSM or Government WAP Programs
• Proven Program Management abilities i.e., ability to get work done by team members who are not direct reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of utility rebate processes, especially custom rebate programs
• Deep understanding of DOE’s Weatherization requirements and processes
• Building Science Knowledge
• Understanding of 3rd party M&V programs
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite of Products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Innovative & Flexible
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passionate about environmental, social, or non-profit work
