Remote Energy Program Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in Engineering, Architecture, Juris Doctorate, Business, Public Administration or other related field of study
• 5 years of professional experience in an energy-focused or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Managing staff, including subcontractors and subconsultants
• Program design and development
• Creating guidelines and standard operation procedures
• Managing client expectations and ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration
• Contract management; reporting and financial analysis
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local guidance and policies
• Preparing presentations and other materials for internal and external distribution
• Supporting development opportunities related to energy programs, including technical writing for proposals
