Summary
Join Precision Medicine Group as an Engagement Business Analyst and exceed client expectations by supporting the development and deployment of Market Access products. As a lead analyst on client ISI and Terms & Conditions projects, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, independent and collaborative work, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will contribute to process improvement and a positive team culture. Responsibilities include building market access acumen, managing client projects, coordinating with various teams, creating design requests, preparing MLR submissions, developing project plans, and identifying process improvements. Travel is less than 5%.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Analytics Consulting
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Build market access business acumen and software development knowledge
- Responsible for multiple projects across clients
- Responsible for client ISI and Term & Condition projects end to end
- Coordinates and collaborates with Engagement, Delivery Enablement, Product Delivery, and Application Development teams to manage delivery timing and product quality
- Creates Design requests and ensure client requirements are achieved
- Responsible for Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) submission preparation, verification and client submission
- Creates requirements for data and application development and monitors development progress
- Develop and maintain project plans using project management software
- Verifies final deliverable prior to client deployment
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements
- May assist with other client project work as directed by Engagement Lead or Manager which may include but not limited to projects requirements writing and application/message testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree and/or experience in Health Care, or Business
- Project Management experience
- Expertise in Medical, Regulatory, Legal (MRL) review systems and approval processes
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs
- Working knowledge of relational database technology
- Experience with software development processes
