Summary

Join TechBiz Global as a Business Analyst (Pre-Sales & Delivery) and lead pre-sales efforts for a top client. This role involves managing the entire pre-sales cycle, from requirements analysis to deal closure, and acting as the single point of contact post-sale. You will be responsible for project delivery, client training, and ensuring project success. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience as a Developer Lead, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, with at least 3 years in the U.S. market. A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), especially in custom application development on cloud platforms, is essential. Expertise in AI, ML, and Blockchain technologies is highly valued. Strong leadership, an agile mindset, and excellent communication skills are key.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in a Developer Lead, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager role, with 3+ years in the U.S. market
  • Hands-on experience in custom application development, particularly on AWS and Google Cloud
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Node.js, Python, React.js, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, DynamoDB, Serverless Architecture, and Microservices
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Government and State regulations in areas like financial compliance, AML, KYC, digital identity verification, investor verification, payment processing (ACH, Credit Card), cryptocurrency regulations, taxation laws, healthcare, fintech, and privacy laws
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management principles
  • Ability to create and manage BRS, SRS, UML diagrams, and solution architecture documentation
  • Proven success in leading pre-sales efforts and closing deals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Agile environments, ensuring successful project delivery

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business needs, technical challenges, and strategic objectives
  • Develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), UML diagrams, and solution architecture documents
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions using cloud technologies, AI, ML, and Blockchain
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions, showcasing business and technical value
  • Create detailed proposals outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing
  • Oversee negotiations regarding project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables
  • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed pre-sales targets
  • Act as SPOC between the client and project team for seamless transition and alignment on deliverables
  • Work with project managers to develop plans, assist in SRS creation, and review project-related documentation
  • Identify opportunities for additional services during project execution
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective solution adoption

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification or similar project management credentials
