Requirements

  • Previous relevant years of proven work experience in related positions in B2B customer engagement actions aimed at revenue growth
  • Advanced English
  • Strong analytical skills and equally as happy getting your hands on
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Focus on results and innovative profile, having an scalable solutions mindset
  • Strong relationship and communication skills, also the ability to adapt to a changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plan
  • Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
  • Understands and map HRs Wellness strategies considering different sizes, sectors and audiences to build a wellbeing program for our clients, in an individual and scalable manner
  • Engage clients about Wellbeing Engagement through exclusive plans and scalable manners
  • Build scalable solutions to implement on your client portfolio
  • Monitor and control results of the plans and client portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in B2B customer engagement actions aimed at revenue growth, data analytical skills and advanced English are mandatory requirements
