Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency
- Sourcing expertise: youβve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (for startup companies without brand recognition)
- Deep knowledge of engineering & product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like
- A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results
- A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions
