Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program
  • Student entering the fall semester as a junior or senior preferred
  • Preferred focus on Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher
  • Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing a plus
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to operate and thrive in a manufacturing environment
  • Learn how to function within a larger team and work conjunctionally with other areas within the facility
  • Learn how to present to a group and present your projects
