Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program
- Student entering the fall semester as a junior or senior preferred
- Preferred focus on Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing a plus
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Learn how to operate and thrive in a manufacturing environment
- Learn how to function within a larger team and work conjunctionally with other areas within the facility
- Learn how to present to a group and present your projects
