Remote Engineering Lead

Summary

Join E2open as an Engineering Lead and take responsibility of technical solution delivery of our e2open Global Trade management intelligent application suite to meet customer business requirements. As a remote worker, you will create and manage a development plan, support customer testing, and oversee the integration of software products with customer platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of technical developer lead experience (Global Trade Management industry preferred but not required)
• Willing to work with internal and external teams, grow analytical skills, creativity, and new technical skills
• Strong skills in JAVA, SQL, JavaScript, Docker deployments
• Familiarity with using JIRA, GIT, and other software development tools
• Basic knowledge of Linux / Unix
• Integration experience with various protocols including HTTPS, FTP, AS2, etc. and payload formats such as EDI, XML, JSON, CSV, etc
• Experience in integration design is highly desirable
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a development plan to track internal configuration efforts for an accurate and timely delivery
• Support customer testing and manage the deployment efforts prior to go-live
• Analyze the architectures behind complex business processes and will oversee the integration of our software products with customer platforms
• Confident appearance when facing client and team
• Ability to manage a global, technical development plan
• Additional duties as assigned
