Responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering results aligned with company targets and support the systems they build
- Act as a role model and mentor, coaching engineers and managing their career development
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to drive technical excellence
- Oversee architectural design, code reviews, and establish Agile processes
- Manage the full lifecycle of components in the Plum stack
- Stay updated on tech trends to mentor the engineering community
- Focus on team productivity and fulfilment while championing positive user impact and improving engineering standards
