Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering results aligned with company targets and support the systems they build
• Act as a role model and mentor, coaching engineers and managing their career development
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to drive technical excellence
• Oversee architectural design, code reviews, and establish Agile processes
• Manage the full lifecycle of components in the Plum stack
• Stay updated on tech trends to mentor the engineering community
• Focus on team productivity and fulfilment while championing positive user impact and improving engineering standards
