Technology Lead, Experiences Engineering

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on backend development and API design
• Deep technical expertise in our tech stack: Ruby on Rails, EmberJS, and AWS
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable applications in a cloud environment
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading technical discussions and providing constructive feedback in code reviews
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong passion for delivering high-quality software and a continuous drive to explore, learn, and leverage AI technologies to their full potential

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership and drive the execution of key projects related to our core platform components
• Collaborate with the Engineering management and team to define technical requirements, architecture, and implementation plans
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and performant core platform features and improvements using our tech stack (Ruby on Rails, EmberJS, AWS)
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on the team, promoting best practices and code quality
• Lead code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance of the codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to core platform functionality
• Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of assigned technical tasks and projects
