Requirements

• Proven experience in software development and engineering management roles, particularly in a startup environment
• Demonstrable skills in both Backend and Frontend development at large scale, such as React, Tailwind, Node, Redis, MongoDB, and Docker
• Strong proficiency in AI LLM Inference, Stable Diffusion, and AI Model fine-tuning
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, and Rust
• Proven experience in shipping products

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and be a hands-on developer
• Research, evaluate, and integrate latest technologies in the AI, Crypto, and Productivity/Entertainment space
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing software products that align with the company's strategic goals
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
• Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and team efficiency
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completions
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, facilitating effective problem-solving
• Help drive our growth, and take ownership of the products
