Requirements

  • Experience. - Must meet one of the following
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related field and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or closely related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Engineering Field and a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
  • Current Professional Engineering License in California
  • 10 years of relevant experience in related engineering fields including, but not limited to, Civil, Mechanical, Utility, GIS, Mapping, Surveying, Construction, or Estimating
  • Knowledge of Code Of Federal Regulations and ASME Standards in regards to Natural Gas Pipelines
  • Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assigned projects
  • Ability to read and understand advanced engineering documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Knowledgeable in best practices regarding QA/QC
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook), AutoCAD, MicroStation CAD, and graphic information system (GIS) software

Responsibilities

  • Manage several projects and project teams simultaneously to ensure work is done accurately, timely, and up to the client specifications
  • Manage client relationship by providing excellent customer service skills and serving as client point of contact for the project
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) on all Engineering deliverables provide by Celerity prior to delivery to client
  • Perform engineering design and calculations and ensure team is performing these tasks correctly and appropriately
  • Prepare training materials and best practice documents (process documentation or procedures) for Engineering and Design team
