  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technology consulting, including developing test automation solutions
  • Minimum 4 years of quality engineering team management experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in end-to-end test automation of native and web applications
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with agile teams
  • 1+ years of professional experience in integrating automation solutions with DevOps pipelines
  • Experience with test frameworks WebdriverIO, Playwright, and Puppeteer
  • Prior knowledge in test automation, automated testing, and CI/CD (Github, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of unit testing, API testing, integration testing
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through a transformation journey as Testlio continues to evolve into an industry-leading Software Quality partner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their quality needs, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Create & implement quality engineering strategies aligned with Testlio’s recommended practices
  • Use your extensive automation experience to challenge, recommend, and partner with our client to drive exceptional automated testing results
  • Ensure test automation standards and processes are aligned with client expectations and followed across QE teams
  • Determine automated test script quality improvement factors and evaluate ongoing script reliability
  • Deliver insights by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
  • Work closely with your Services peers and cross-functional colleagues to continually identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
