Summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead a team of engineers in building and evolving their data protection product. The manager will collaborate with product managers, support development teams, own features from design to delivery, and work with multi-functional teams. To qualify for the role, candidates must have strong low-level OS internals knowledge on macOS and/or Linux, experience building endpoint security products, in-depth knowledge of C++ or Swift, previous experience as an Engineering Manager, and the ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team. Requirements

• Strong low-level OS internals knowledge on either macOS and/or Linux
• Experience building endpoint security products, such as DLP or EDR applications
• In depth knowledge with C++ or Swift
• Experience as an Engineering Manager with teams which shipped major features and releases
• Ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team

• Attract, develop, and grow top technical talent to continue building our technical leadership in the industry
• Collaborate with product managers to create a viable roadmap for the product
• Support development teams in designing and building software
• Own features from design and delivery all the way to rollout and maintenance
