  • You are data-driven and have experience with A/B testing and making decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data
  • You can navigate and lead through ambiguity, setting clear goals and priorities for your team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of product engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality engineering practices and scalable solutions
  • Work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and deliver impactful product features
  • Be hands-on with coding and technical tasks as needed, helping the team execute work efficiently and effectively, especially during critical project phases
  • Drive the team to iterate rapidly on new product ideas, balancing speed with thoughtful decision-making and technical rigor
  • Advocate for the teamโ€™s needs, provide career development support, and create an inclusive environment where every engineer feels valued and heard
  • Establish and evolve engineering processes, tools, and frameworks that enhance team productivity and product quality
  • Identify and address technical debt, improving codebases and system architectures to ensure long-term maintainability and performance
  • Be a strategic thought partner in defining the long-term vision and technical roadmap of the companyโ€™s product and engineering capabilities
  • Lead by example, participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contributing to the overall technical direction of the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Flutter development
  • Familiarity with mental health or wellness products
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
