Requirements
- Proven experience in data engineering and software architecture at scale
- A track record of building internal solutions and driving cross-functional adoption
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, Kubeflow and Kubernetes
- A strong belief in data accessibility, platform thinking and engineering excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of in-house data products that empower data practitioners across the company
- Combine hands-on engineering with team leadership and technical product direction aligned with our data strategy
- Drive automation and scalability in data and ML workflows through reusable, well-architected solutions
- Own key architectural decisions and guide the adoption of technologies that shape our data ecosystem
