Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical management
  • Proven experience coaching and developing engineers, fostering technical growth and career progression
  • Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, scalable architecture, and modern development practices
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams, driving collaboration, accountability, and execution
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy, ensuring scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly across different audiences
  • Experience leading teams through complex, multi-month projects, setting clear goals and milestones

  • Experience setting technical and tooling strategies to improve team efficiency and quality
  • Passion for mentorship and fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture
  • Familiarity with consumer-facing, wellness, or health-tech products
  • Experience with Node.js OR TypeScript, especially in the context of building high-scale backend services, or hands-on experience developing with Flutter, including deep familiarity with Flutter frameworks, third-party libraries, and APIs
