n8n is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their team in developing and maintaining features for their growing platform. Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a high performing engineering team
• Demonstrate an agile mindset, proactiveness, and adaptability to changing priorities
• Strong proficiency in Node.js & Typescript with at least 5 years of experience
• Solid skills in relational database design, SQL programming (SQLite, PostgreSQL)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional growth
• Drive architectural decisions (with a heavy emphasis on the backend) and ensure high-quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and the rest of the engineering teams
• Act as a technical leader, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud computing (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps knowledge, and/or experience with Vue.js
