Requirements

• Have at least 3+ years of experience managing technical teams in rapidly growing companies
• Be excited by building and nurturing engineering teams
• Communicate well and be comfortable with uncertainty
• Have built and operated distributed systems at scale
• Be located in Germany, Netherlands or the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Hold a high bar for technical work and teamwork
• Build rapport with each member of the team and support them as they level up their skills
• Occasionally review and write code to unblock the team
• Participate in and manage the team's on-call rotation
• Work closely with the tech lead to set roadmaps
