Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical abilities across infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform) and data systems (OLAP databases, Kafka, distributed KV stores)
- Experience leading engineering teams while maintaining technical depth
- Experience debugging complex distributed systems and optimizing for performance at scale
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of engineers building our next-generation data platform infrastructure
- Collaborate with your Tech Lead and CTO to drive architectural decisions for mission-critical systems
- Mentor and grow engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence
