Summary

Job Description: An Engineering Manager is needed to lead a team of European-based engineers at Webflow, a visual development platform. The role involves leading, managing, collaborating, goal-setting, balancing tech debt, developing individuals, and more. The position is remote-first (IRE/UK) with a cash compensation tailored to the cost of labor in different geographic markets.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years as a technical individual contributor (front end web technology focus)
• Have experience managing people and projects across multiple work-streams/teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse, distributed and an agile full-stack team supporting iterative and incremental shipping
• Oversee scoping and implementation of mission critical Designer features
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers such as Product, Design, and Marketing to set goals and define business strategy
• Drive goal-setting with your team and hold them accountable for results
• Skillfully balance tech debt and feature development for your team
• Facilitate the development of the individuals on your team, identifying areas for improvement and helping them to grow
