We're looking for a talented developer to lead our AI Copilot team in building a copilot platform experience that optimizes digital advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience of software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems in a successful high-growth technology company
- Proven track record of having shipped multiple products
- At least 1 years of people management experience with at least 3 direct reports
- Knowledge of our full-stack technologies is highly preferred - React, Typescript, GraphQL
- Experience building and managing ELT pipelines for efficient and scalable data workflows
- A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (we have not forgotten our basics!) - data structures, system design, cloud computing, full-stack development etc
- Passion to build a positive and fun engineering culture
Responsibilities
- Leading a team to build a chat copilot framework that enables the copilot to orchestrate UI workflows on the platform and provide intelligent recommendations
- Working closely with our PM to understand internal stakeholder pain points and build internal copilot capabilities to help users make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers across the organization to identify and solve technical challenges related to expanding our copilotβs capabilities in different platform domains
- Focused on metrics and execution to ensure the highest performance from your engineering team
- Championing our development methodology and leading scrum ceremonies
- Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Review technical designs, conduct code reviews and write code as needed
- Helping team members troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Build hiring plans and conduct interviews to identify potential high performing candidates
- Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved
