Join Lattice's HRIS Integrations team as an Engineering Manager! Lead and scale a team building APIs and integrations connecting Lattice with the HR SaaS ecosystem. Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience directly managing software engineers
- Be responsible for guiding and coaching the development of your direct reports, providing performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
- Demonstrate a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Possess a track record of aligning technical work with organizational goals and driving impactful outcomes
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an adjustable style to executives, engineers and non technical staff
- Be able to navigate complex discussions and build consensus across departments

Responsibilities
- Translate company strategy into actionable team goals and objectives, aligning technical initiatives with organizational priorities
- Manage, coach and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, learning and growth
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting technical growth and aligning their development with team & company objectives
- Bring a relentless passion for continuous improvement for both engineering craft and processes
- Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for Lattice customers around the globe, while simultaneously enabling a rapid pace of development
- Work with your team, Product, and Design to build new customer-facing products, and improve upon existing ones
- Represent your team to the larger org. Ensure they receive public recognition for their success and take ownership of their failures
Preferred Qualifications
Have professional experience with the technologies with which we work (Node.js, React, Flow, GraphQL, Postgres, Amazon Web Services)
