Requirements

• Previous experience as a backend developer, preferably for cloud infrastructures / event-based asynchronous architectures
• Leadership experience in an engineering management role, preferably in a fintech or fast-paced tech environment, is beneficial
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and challenges
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and innovative work environment
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align team goals with business objectives
• Experience in process optimization and a track record of implementing best practices in software development

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, driving technical and operational excellence
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team
• Ensure alignment with the Product Foundation Tribe's goals (OKRs), optimizing processes to manage and serve our ever-growing user base
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, contributing to the strategic direction of our engineering efforts
• Champion diversity, lifelong learning, and a collaborative spirit within your team
