Join Feedzai's Engineering team as an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor teams responsible for the evolution of Feedzai’s Review & Investigation platforms. You will drive the continuous improvement of these platforms, contributing to a more decoupled, modular, and scalable architecture. This role demands close collaboration with Product Management, Design, and client-facing teams to ensure the platform provides intuitive and reliable tools for risk teams. You will foster a DevOps culture, emphasizing automation, observability, and rapid iteration. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of team leadership experience, 5+ years in software development, and 5+ years in a platform or DevOps/SRE team within a SaaS environment supporting mission-critical services. You will be responsible for the daily execution, performance, and career management of your team, providing technical leadership and driving project success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Team Leading and/or Management experience in managing technical projects and engineering teams
- 5+ years of software development
- 5+ in a platform or dev-ops/SRE team in a SaaS environment and supporting mission-critical services
- Capable of leading by example not being afraid to take risks and going beyond what’s expected
Responsibilities
- Manage one or two teams of engineers from daily execution to performance and career management
- Lead by example, care for your team, and establish credibility with the quality of your and your team's technical execution
- Provide technical leadership to the team from driving architecture and design up to doing code reviews
- Be responsible for the planning, execution, and success of technical projects
- Work with key stakeholders across all groups within the Engineering and Product Teams
- Develop and empower top-class engineering and technology practices in the teams
- Closely work with the recruiting team to find and interview engineers
