Requirements

  • Over 5 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in a management role
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional environment with a focus on delivering impactful customer solutions
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex, user-centric software solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor up to 2 teams of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing workflow-centric solutions that align with our company-wide vision
  • Oversee the development of guided workflow assembly capabilities, leveraging AI and automation to create personalized user experiences
  • Drive the integration of PandaDoc's workflows with external ecosystems, particularly focusing on CRM partners and other essential SMB tools
  • Participate in customer calls during deal closures and propose effective solutions
  • Help to develop and maintain engineering processes, delivery, and collaboration among multiple engineering teams
  • Manage the performance and growth of engineers in your teams
  • Ensure the stability and reliability of the system no matter what
  • Partnership with scrum masters to establish an environment for predictable agile development
  • Help shape and translate the company and product priorities into a clear and actionable work with engineering roadmap, balanced with tech debt and other engineering priorities
  • Collaborate with a product team to align engineering with the product strategy and needs
  • Take part in hiring new talents and building an engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in workflow automation would be a plus
  • Strong understanding of SMB needs and challenges in document management and business processes would be a plus
  • Passion for creating intuitive, seamless user experiences that drive customer success
