Summary
Join Axonius, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company, as an Engineering Team Leader! Lead a team of full-stack engineers while contributing hands-on to the development of strategic product features. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
- 2+ years experience as an engineering team leader
- Experience with a product engineering team supporting production customer-facing features
- Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework (React, Vue.JS, Angular)
- Extensive professional experience with Python and non-relational DB (e.g. MongoDB)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team members
- Proficient in prioritization and resource trade-offs, ensuring optimal utilization for effective project management
- Superb team-player while having strong capabilities to work independently
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
- Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
- Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
- Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organization
- Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building distributed and scalable systems
- Experience with writing UI automated tests
