Summary

Join Twin Health as a Twin Enrollment Agent I and be the first point of contact for prospective members, providing excellent customer service by scheduling their onboarding visits. This role involves conducting scheduled calls, answering inbound calls, providing accurate information, verifying member information, adhering to call center procedures, meeting KPIs, and attending training sessions. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and experience with various platforms. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
  • Maintain high volume of inbound calls
  • This remote opportunity is available to US based persons. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled calls to assist individuals in completing their enrollment in the health and wellness program
  • Answer inbound calls and assist prospective members with scheduling their lab and onboarding visits
  • Provide clear and accurate information as it relates to lab and onboarding appointment scheduling
  • Represent the company by setting a superior member experience as you are the first touch point in their journey
  • Verify prospective member information and ensure proper data entry into Twin systems such as Customer Relationship Management or Electronic Medical Record
  • Adhere to established call center procedures and protocols
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call resolution time, quality scores, and member satisfaction
  • Attend regular training sessions and update knowledge on the Twin programs and enrollment processes
  • Ability to stay positive, focused, and results driven in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree
  • 1 year of call center experience or customer service experience preferred in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with various platforms such as Salesforce, Telephony platforms, Scheduling platforms, and EMR
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
  • Experience with EMR and lab vendor portals
