Summary

Join Seven Starling, a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, as an Enrollment Specialist. You will play a key role in scaling our clinical team by managing the full enrollment and credentialing cycle for psychotherapists, PMHNPs, and physicians. This role involves submitting enrollment applications to various payers, utilizing Salesforce for management and tracking, resolving discrepancies, analyzing data, and improving enrollment workflows. You will be a crucial part of a growing team making a significant impact on women's mental healthcare access. This is a full-time, remote position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of credentialing and enrollment experience in behavioral health
  • Proven experience successfully enrolling providers with Commercial and Medicaid plans
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Submit accurate enrollment applications to multiple public and private payers across commercial and Medicaid plans
  • Manage enrollments across multiple states and provider types, ensuring timely follow up for enrollments that have not yet been approved
  • Utilize Salesforce for enrollment management and tracking
  • Maintain up-to-date provider information in CAQH and other relevant databases
  • Resolve enrollment discrepancies and claims disputes with billing team
  • Prepare and analyze enrollment metrics and provider data using Google Sheets and Salesforce
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external payer contacts
  • Develop and improve enrollment workflows and best practices
  • Generate and submit rosters as requested by various payers to remain compliant

Preferred Qualifications

  • NAMSS enrollment certification
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
