You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, presenting the Axonify solution, creating proposals, and managing the sales cycle. This role requires 3-5 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions, a track record of success in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from the Greater London area and surrounding counties, with the possibility to meet the team in London when needed. Requirements
- 3-5 years previous sales experience selling enterprise software solutions
- Track record of success in a fast-paced, high performance environment
- Comfortable owning a customer journey from target account to deal closure
- Experienced in building territory plans and account plans that drive activity and outcomes within your target accounts
- Demonstrated experience using a solution-selling approach selling SaaS software
- A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to take routine or modular deals through to close
- Confidence to manage pipeline from a variety of sources, inbound and outbound
- Demonstrated presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of an assigned enterprise territory
- Take personal ownership of pipeline generation activity, resulting in 3x coverage against quota from new logos
- Manage and progress medium enterprises through the full sales cycle
- Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects via electronic presentation or limited travel as appropriate
- Assist with marketing campaigns such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiries (travel may be required)
- Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospects
- Track activities in Salesforce and work with management to create a sales growth plan
- Monitor competition and marketplace information
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Gain influence and gather stakeholder support among various buying personas within a single deal
- Manage the negotiation and contract process on deals within the range of $100,000 to $500,000; seek guidance on unique deal circumstances, escalating as necessary
