Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success in managing large-scale deals and long sales cycles
- Extensive experience working with C-level executives, influencing key decision-makers in the IT and business sectors
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder decisions
- Account-based selling experience and a proven track record of developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and strong knowledge of Japanese business customs and protocols
Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute plans to acquire and expand relationships with large enterprise customers in Japan
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders), fostering strong partnerships that drive mutual growth
- Navigate long, complex sales cycles and manage the intricacies of enterprise procurement processes
- Use account-based selling strategies to develop personalized solutions, increasing customer lifetime value
- Ensure alignment with the broader team by collaborating with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional value to customers
- Use Salesforce to track and manage pipeline health, providing clear visibility into sales progress and forecasts
