Summary

Join our team at Elation Health, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform, and help us enhance physician and patient quality of life. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our expanding Enterprise Sales Team. This role involves partnering with sales leadership to drive prospect engagement and build Elationโ€™s Enterprise portfolio. You will need strong critical thinking and strategic skills to access executives in various healthcare organizations. The position requires managing a sales pipeline, exceeding quotas, delivering product demonstrations, and handling RFPs. You will also be responsible for reporting performance, developing territory strategies, and collaborating with marketing and product development. This is a quota-carrying role with a competitive salary.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • 5+ years selling complex SaaS application software in a quota-carrying sales role; within the healthcare industry
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a virtual sales environment
  • Strong intrapersonal skills
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage and close a pipeline of enterprise healthcare organizations
  • Act as a thought leader and innovator as we evolve our Enterprise Sales strategy
  • Meet or exceed quota of MRR booked
  • Deliver engaging, clinically relevant product demonstrations to interested physician prospects
  • Manage RFPs process to meet external deadlines
  • Use critical thinking to solve complex problems in the sales cycle
  • Research and understand the complexity and trends in healthcare
  • Own timely, accurate reporting of performance to sales leadership on a regular basis
  • Develop territory strategy and generate new leads
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation, and collaborate with the Product Development organization on sales technology initiatives
  • Own an upsell or expansion pipeline of named accounts brought on
  • Internalize company culture and represent this externally

Salary range: $140,000-$150,000 + variable
