Summary

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for meeting sales quotas by prospecting and developing new business opportunities, responding to RFP’s, presenting software demonstrations, closing deals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant sales experience, strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, outstanding teamwork skills, exceptional communication skills, PC literacy in Microsoft Office and contact management software, and polished communication skills in English.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in a relevant sales role
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging
  • Excellent organisational, time-management and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel
  • PC literacy in Microsoft Office and contact management software
  • Polished communication skills in English (both oral and written)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding 100% of sales quotas by selling the Intelerad suite of products and solutions to new clients’ within the defined geographic territory across both the NHS and private sector
  • Create a territory plan and manage sales process from cold call to close, by prioritising selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage
  • Own cold call strategy, funnel (pipeline) development and management, territory development and close deals within assigned geography
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an annual business plan supporting attainment of quota, updating business plan on a regular basis
  • Maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel and accurate profile of prospects
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of IT, Intelerad and competitive products (PACS, DICOM, HL7, Workflow/Worklist, etc)
  • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each client, including multiple levels within the client's organisation
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory
  • Provides constant feedback to Sales management on the territory environment
  • Works in a team selling environment with other sales specialists

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise software experience
  • Solid understanding of a healthcare environment (NHS and private sector) and knowledge of basic technology terminology (hardware & networking)
