Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in business development in the engineering or transportation industry
  • Ability to source, process and analyze information with proven ability to deliver high quality and persuasive proposals
  • Strong result-driven mindset while being able to work in a team
  • Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure, traffic management, and related technologies
  • Ability to interact with several stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts across the private sector to deliver against revenue targets
  • Sell our solutions for Traffic Planning, Traffic Operations, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emptions, Transit Priority, and any other solutions available to market in the territory
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing private clients (Engineering Firms, Data Collection Firms, Stadium/Arenas Port/airports, private roads etc.), understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals in collaboration with technical teams, showcasing Miovision's capabilities and solutions
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations to expand service offerings and market reach
  • Lead a joint RFP response team with Miovision and/or Distribution Partner Personnel
