Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales with successful track record of goal attainment
  • Previous experience working with food buyers (Retailers and/or Distributors) and/or sellers (Producers, Manufacturers); experience in other roles within the food industry is also acceptable
  • 5+ years of experience selling to senior management and/or β€œC level” personnel while executing high and impactful account activity
  • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results
  • Native speaker of Thai with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and close deals with enterprise-level food buyers (retailers and distributors) or sellers (Manufacturers, Producers, Growers) by leveraging Tridge solutions
  • Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing
  • Generate new leads and pitch growth solution services to potential Enterprise and SMB B2B buyer or seller clients using methods such as cold calling, emailing, and other outreach techniques
  • Partially engage in channel partner development and engagement, assisting in the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success
  • Onboard new business partners onto the Company’s online platform service by effectively communicating the value proposition
  • Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service
  • Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients
  • Collaborate with Tridge cross-functional stakeholders including data & intelligence, sales operations, and marketing, to support best practice initiatives throughout the business
  • Execute contracts promptly to ensure timely payment and provision of contractual services
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Network management to generate recurring revenues, cross-sell, and upsell to existing accounts
