Summary
Join Bosch Security Systems as an Enterprise Account Manager and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts across the US and Canada. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field, or 10+ years of industry experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Sales, calling on National Account Managers within an organization and/or being a National Account Manager
- Sales experience in the Security Market
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, highly innovative, with the ability to conceptualize and implement strategic market/product planning and with good follow-up and integrative abilities
- A strong team player with the resourcefulness and self-confidence to drive the product business
- Up to 75% travel, primarily in North America and some international
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships across the US and Canada with strategically important accounts to grow their End User Wallet Share
- Achieve a sales quota and assigned account objectives for national and/or global partners of Bosch Security Systems
- Promote the Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Bosch products ensuring that customer needs and expectations are clearly defined and met
- Establish productive, professional relationships with National and Global Account Managers, Enterprise Account Managers and equivalents within their assigned strategic accounts
- Establish and support the Design Engineers within their respective Strategic Accounts
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives
- Identify and communicate the involvement of necessary Bosch resources to achieve account objectives and meet customer expectations, including: Bosch management, sales (direct and manufacturer’s representatives), business development, technical support, customer service
- Partner and collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to achieve identified objectives within their assigned Strategic Accounts
- Collaborate with the Bosch Video Sales Organization, including Business Development and Regional SDM’s as appropriate
Benefits
U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $140,000
