Summary

Join Pacvue as an Enterprise Account Manager and drive growth within our existing enterprise customer base. You will identify and close expansion opportunities, forecast renewals, and lead clients toward effective retail media strategies. Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted consultant are key aspects of this role. You will gather customer requirements for new product features and manage the contracting process for renewals and expansions. This position requires strong sales and communication skills, experience in eCommerce, and proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales/growth account management role
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and dissect data
  • Proven experience in content creation for client presentations, docs, and emails
  • Proficiency in conducting presentations in-person and virtually to business decision makers
  • Exceptional writing skills and strong project & time management capabilities
  • Ability to distill complex topics into compelling & easily understandable stories
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot and/or Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close opportunities to expand Pacvue’s business in existing customer accounts
  • Forecast and manage renewal and expansion opportunities from inception to close
  • Lead customers to have value-focused retail media/digital marketing strategies
  • Establish yourself as a trusted consultant partner across enterprise accounts to assist with their business via solutions through Pacvue
  • Become the point of contact at Pacvue for your clients, the go to person for
  • Aggregate and collect requirements from existing customers and explain the business case for R&D investments in new product features
  • Other activities as required to fulfill the business objectives
  • Complete contracting for client renewals, renegotiations, and expansion wins brought on by clients in your book of business

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce experience preferred, either on the performance media, inventory, sales, or digital shelf positions
  • Previous experience managing co-marketing and/or partner marketing activities
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales focused role with a track record of exceeding a goals/quota
