Requirements
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, and application integration
- 5+ years of experience developing government-owned system architectures and designs
- Expertise in cloud computing, including applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data
- TOGAF 10 Certified (Enterprise Architecture Practitioner) or TOGAF 9 Certified (Level 2)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, principles, and roadmaps in alignment with organizational objectives
- Establish and implement architecture frameworks that integrate business and IT strategies, optimizing resources and technology investments
- Provide a comprehensive view of current and future-state architectures to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Lead governance forums to ensure project architecture decisions align with enterprise standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with IT, business leaders, and stakeholders to define requirements and enable technology solutions that improve business outcomes
- Guide project teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture visions
- Conduct evaluations, analyses of alternatives (AoA), pilots, prototypes, and proofs of concept (POC) for new technologies, assessing their organizational impact
- Prepare and present reports to executive leadership, providing insights into architecture and change management progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree
- Certifications in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Lean, Agile)
- In-depth knowledge of US Federal Government business domains
- Executive-level presentation skills and experience preparing strategic plans and enterprise transition roadmaps
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence technical teams and senior executives
