This role requires 10+ years of experience (5+ in the industry) and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Requirements

  • 10+ years of applicable experience, with at least 5+ years of industry-specific experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth initiatives across core business units of Funnel’s key enterprise customer, focusing on delivering against planned revenue targets while identifying and closing new revenue streams
  • Partner with Funnel’s internal teams, including leadership, sales, product management, customer success, and implementation, to drive seamless service delivery and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within the customer’s organization to ensure long-term satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Identify growth opportunities through proactive consultations, business reviews, and needs assessments to tailor solutions and deliver maximum value with Funnel’s offerings
  • Craft and present tailored business cases that align the customer’s strategic objectives with Funnel’s product capabilities, demonstrating clear ROI
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure that the customer is equipped with the right Funnel solutions to meet their business needs
  • Act as the customer’s advocate within Funnel, ensuring their voice is heard in product development, implementation planning, and solution refinement
  • Travel 25-50% may be required to maintain strong client engagement and drive project success
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
